
Classification of Constitution
TOPIC- Classification of Constitution
State can be either unitary or Composite. A unitary state in one which is not made up of territorial divisions which are states them selves. The Central Government is all-powerful; such states can make a constitutional law applicable to such government only.
A composite state is one which is itself an aggregate or group of constituent states. Composite states are also three in kinds those are imperial, federal or confederal to which there exists central governments. The constitutions also can be prepared as per the pattern of the governments are formed.
